One place for your Scheme, your Educators and the families they care for.
FDCHub keeps enrolments, vacancies, messages, bookings, daily updates and compliance records together, so everyone sees what they need and nothing is typed in twice.
Four apps, one connected system
Each person signs in once and lands in the app made for their job. What one person does shows up for the others who need to see it.
Scheme app
Coordinators and mentors see every educator, child and family in the service, review documents, publish newsletters, policies and fees, and keep compliance on track.
Educator app
Educators handle their day: families’ messages and requests, daily updates, child documents, risk assessments, outings, and their own vacancies and tax records.
Parent app
Families message their educator, request booking changes, complete forms, see their child’s day, and find vacancies. They only ever see their own children.
Super Admin
Platform administrators manage schemes, plans and subscriptions across the whole system.
What it does
Everything below works across the apps, not inside one of them.
Family Inbox
Messages, booking requests, appointments, monthly check-ins, forms and documents arrive in one inbox, with replies and decisions going straight back to the family.
Vacancy Overview
Educators mark which days have space, including Sunday, night care and casual care. The Scheme and families see it without anyone’s children being named.
Enrolment and child documents
Families complete enrolment once. Staff sight immunisation records and review documents, and families see the outcome.
Risk assessments
Send a risk assessment to families, collect signatures, and see who has and hasn’t signed.
Daily Monitor
Educators share check-in, meals, sleep, nappy and activity updates. Only that child’s family sees them.
Reflection, safeguarding and tax
Reflection surveys, a safeguarding log, and tax and expense records for educators and the Scheme.
Notifications
A bell in every app shows what changed in the others, so nothing waits unseen.
Newsletters, policies and fees
The Scheme publishes once. Educators are asked to accept policies, and families see the same newsletters and current fee schedule.
How a day looks
A family asks
A parent sends a message or a booking request from their phone.
The right person is told
The educator (or Scheme) gets a notification and finds it in the Family Inbox.
They respond
A reply, an approval or a new time, in a couple of taps.
Everyone stays in step
The family is told, and the records the Scheme relies on are already up to date.
Bring your own AI assistant
Connect Claude, or another assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), to your own FDCHub data.
- Choose what it can do for each area: off, read-only, or full access.
- A Scheme connection sees the service. An Educator connection sees only that educator’s own families.
- Every action your assistant takes is listed in an activity log.
- “Which booking requests are waiting for me?”
- “Reply to the Thompson family and confirm Friday’s outing.”
- “Which documents need reviewing this week?”
Children’s information stays with the right people
Information about children and families is sensitive. FDCHub is built so that each person only sees what their role needs.
- A family sees only their own children and records.
- Vacancy listings share days, ages and suburb, never children’s names.
- Educators see their own families; the Scheme sees its service.
- Changes are recorded, and AI assistant actions are logged.
